Put the boxes down

When studying the map, we advise you to inquire about all the boxes of supplies that you can find. They allow you to update the number of limited skills. This primarily applies to all types of firearms, but with these boxes you can also increase the number of stacks of the very useful Mind Control skill used by Isabelle. There are two things to remember:

When interacting with the chest, use a suitable hero, that is, someone who can benefit from the supplies stored in the box.
Each hero can carry a certain amount of limited supplies in their inventory. Fortunately, you are free to return to the supply crates, including those that have already been opened but have not yet been emptied.
We have marked the location of all the supply boxes on the maps of our world atlas. They are visible from the very beginning of the mission. They don't appear after you approach them.

Triggering an alarm and reinforcing the enemy

Try to avoid triggering the alarm during the game. However, if an alarm is triggered, it is worth knowing the consequences:

The alarm can only be activated in the place where your team members were. The entire map does not have to be warned.

The nearest opponents will start attacking the team members, while the more distant ones can go to the place where the alarm went off. You can try to return fire (it's a good idea to stop the game in Showdown mode to calmly target your enemies) or try to escape from your enemies to hide somewhere (for example, in bushes or inside a building).

Reinforcements will appear in the area. Additional enemies can exit buildings and other places (for example, wagons) in places marked on the map with a red bell icon. When you hover the cursor over such a place, you can find out how many enemies it stores, that is, how many will appear after the alarm goes off - look at the example shown in the figure (4 enemies).

If you manage to lose your enemies and hide somewhere (note that bushes and other shelters can be searched for!), after a while they will switch to an alarm state, yellow and eventually return to a normal green state.

Opponents in motion and stationary enemies

The opponents you can meet in Desperados III differ not only in the degree of exclusivity (the usual one, the enemy wears a poncho, long coats), but also in how they behave. Their behavior can be divided into three main groups:

Enemies who do not leave their posts. They are motionless and motionless throughout the mission, but their cones of field of view can move and rotate - they look left and right alternately.
